Cheese making is easy. It only takes a few household implements and is surprisingly successful. If you stick to the rules you will find it impossible to really mess up. One of the biggest barriers to making cheese is the idea that it is an industrial process. Surely you need lots and lots of milk! You must have special steel tanks and enormous amounts of refrigerated storage to mature the cheese because that's what people have seen on the television. Not So!
